Day #6 / 17.03.2025
Todays tasks are:
1.read 15 pages from a book of your choice (reading is food for your mind)
2. Drink 3l of water - stay hydrated during the day
3. go for a walk for 20 mins - without phone, music etc. just connect with the nature
4. eat 1 healthy meal and no lemonade - you are taking care of your car, why not your body?
5. go for a run for 10mins, can be slow, if you are out of breath: walk fast - improve your conditioning, you will feel way better after. Do the 5th challenge after the run.
some motivation: If you are not able to have a perfect day, just keep going, as long as you are not giving up and at least trying you are improving and becoming better then the day before 💪🏼
