For those interested, below is my upper push day! (Chest and Shoulders mostly) 🤠🏋🏻‍♂️

Upper Push-

Warmup:
-5.0incline walk for 5min.

Superset:
-4 sets of 10 reps Barbell chest press
-4 sets of 12 reps incline push-up
(Alternate between clapping push-ups)

Superset:
-3 sets of 12 reps cable lateral raise (each side)
-3 sets of 12 reps Dumbbell lateral raise

Superset:
-4 sets of 8 reps seated dumbbell shoulder press
-4 sets of 8 reps dumbbell front raise

Superset:
3 sets of 12 reps cable chest flies
(Cables at the top to work lower chest)
-3 sets of 12 reps machine chest flies

Superset:
-3 sets of 12 reps face pulls
-3 sets of 12 reps dips
-3 sets of 12 reps cable tricep pull downs
