It blows my mind that just in the five weeks that my ankle has been broken only two people have been over to help me and one was my brother who was actually kind enough to drive almost 5 hours from Sedona😳 So that tells you how serious this has gotten.
I don’t even know where the month went, but it’s almost over once again. The whole month I have just been absolutely exhausted, still dealing with insomnia while trying to heal broken bones and injuries that keep getting re-injured🤕😭 it’s so self-defeating I can’t even tell you, but the stress I am under just doesn’t let me sleep and believe me sleep is one of my specialties so for me not to be sleeping something is seriously seriously wrong!😱 this is absolutely the biggest challenge I’ve ever faced in my life. I have learned a whole lot about other people and myself!! I have to stay up on my nutrition as much as possible but now I’m on a mega mega budget. I have added some needs to my Amazon wish list in my profile I appreciate the kind generosity.🙏💋
I thought I would share some pics from my very first bone break in 2015 which is a massive contrast to today. If you have to break something like an ankle 2015 was the way to do it! My only worry back then was healing my ankle. Today healing my ankle is so low on the priority list It’s not even funny because they’re so many things going on- concussions, other broken bones, ok bruising, skin infections… And doing it all by myself so that means financial crisis😿😿 I can’t tell you how much it helps by gifting, a supplement or dog supply off of my wish list. You just never know what’s gonna happen from day-to-day, and we’re all in this together to take care of one another. In the end, it’s the little things that create the biggest change. It Would be better if I could find a husband to really take care of me😜
