

I have had A couple people asked me to make a post talking about what my goals are with my body. Back in November of last year I made a decision that I was gonna see what my body could do. It wasn't until this last February that I really started doing a workout plan. I've never worked out my upper body, because I have had heart surgery in the past I wasn't allowed to. Now that I can I'm excited to see where it goes. I would like to weigh more, mostly muscle, I don't mind having a belly, but I'm excited to see the definition of my upper body. I want to be really thick down below and have been really happy to see my ass get bigger also. Anyway haha thats all for now.
