I call it “lizarding” because I feel exactly like that when doing it, although when I think about it it’s just a perfect combo of my love of grounding and napping hahaha. HEY OF THIS DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY GUIDELINES I am on private property where I’m allowed to hike. (It got flagged and removed when it was in my drafts yesterday 🤦🏻♀️
