I don’t do many home gym days anymore, but I did today. This was part of my warm up before a glute focused leg day, and I included a few modifications to make it more challenging. With warm up, you don’t want to overdo it and wear yourself out before you get to your full lifts. I started with a basic glute bridge, but switched to a single leg bridge. To make it harder, I added in a half rep following my full reps, making sure to squeeze at the top :) I thought I might include a few of these every now and then. But maybe add tiddies 😂
