Just hope you have the best start to your weekend. Do something for you- take a little walk. Maybe get yourself a tiny treat. I got a smoothie today x. Reach down and massage your feet. Take a hot bath/ shower and put on lotion. Do like ten jumping jacks or sit ups, I promise just doing a little minimum movement helps your brain.
Watch your favorite movie or show, take a cat nap. Even though the world moves so quickly Don’t deny yourself some time to make yourself feel more whole. As humans we need so much to flick that happy switch, so start small. You’re not alone after all.
