



Soooo just some of my go to snacks at the moment ! All the ingredients are from Whole Foods or sprouts ! I love smoked Santa Barbra salmon drenched w lemons from my backyard some tamari and fresh garden basil and black and white sesame seeds ! I’m big into simple smoothie- go to is oat milk frozen and fresh strawberries a spoonful of peanut butter ( almond or whatever your fav works too) with two scoops of hum smoothie powder! I love doing portobello mushrooms w veggies on the grill I cover things in sesame oil and oil oil some spices and more tamari and boom cook for 15 min :))) I have my fav self help book here !
