I haven't done a prep update in a couple of weeks so here we..

I haven't done a prep update in a couple of weeks so here we are!! been reluctant to share as I've been overly critical of myself and feeling like I've not made "enough" progress to warrant an update but I'm now 3.5 weeks down and things are going pretty well! Managed to make it up to this point without any changes being made but after a few days of plateauing at around 73kg, we're ramping things up! fats have been slightly decreased, the dosage of fat burners I am using has been doubled and cardio has now been upped to 6x 25 min HIIT sessions a week. I was diagnosed with patellar tendonitis in my knee last week which meant I had to take last week off of training lower body as it was getting pretty irritated. Yesterday I managed to train at a reduced load with slight irritation which is definitely an improvement! My rotator cuff issue is still lingering too - it's now been diagnosed as a partial tear in my subscapularis tendon which could take a long time to heal but my physiotherapist is happy with how things are looking and thinks it's definitely improving 😊 I'll be starting to work on my 60 second posing routine very soon as well which is super excitingggg, going to spend the next couple of days looking for some inspiration on poses 😁
