Added 2023-08-11 18:39:04 +0000 UTCJust another comparison photo after yesterday's check in with coach 🫡 I convince myself I've not made that much progress but looking at these side by side its been a productive 7 months so far 🤯 (and my posing has come on loads too) Deload week is doing wonders for my motivation and I'm already counting down the days until I can get back to training on Monday, I'm dying to shift some heavy weight again. Pumps have been crazyyyy especially since adding in insulin and I'm for sure feeling thicker and fuller in all of the right places 🤪
