

It's been a hot minute since I did a proper check in post, I'm sorry for slacking 🫣 Life has been a lil bit hectic lately and I've kinda felt like I've been going through the motions with training but here we are! Checked in with my coach this morning and food has been increased up to 3155 kcal on a training day and 2797 kcal on a rest day! Appetite has improved loads since the heatwave passed so I'm excited to start making more gains soon 🤩 been hovering around 72-73kg over the last couple of weeks but definitely starting to look and feel a little fuller which is the goal. Expenditure has been lowered to 8k steps a day and 2x 20 min cardio sessions a week (which I admittedly haven't done this past week but is cardio really necessary in off season?? 😝 I KID, ill get back on it this week hehe) PED wise im not currently running anything right now but coach recommends running my bloods again in a couple of weeks to check my testosterone levels then it'll be time to run my next anavar cycle 😈 I'm really looking forward to this next one seeing as I now know what to expect and how my body and mind respond!! Very exciting times ahead, looking forward to the return of my love for training and to make the most of the rest of my off season. T minus 5 months until prep begins 🤩
