Trigger warning ⚠️ I’m not going to make it a very long post detailing everything and I won’t attach the pictures of me crying on the bus but I will leave a disclaimer and a trigger warning. It is a sad post. Just sharing my thoughts and feelings here. This is important to me, so I will just say that in many ways it is difficult to be in Ukraine. I now have a good safe life in the UK and I am extremely grateful for this privilege. But I also feel helpless seeing what my people have to go through to save our culture and the independence of the country. The price is high. And I couldn't fully understand it while watching the news or talking to friends on the phone. But I saw it when I went there. I saw destroyed buildings and destroyed lives. I haven't seen everything, but I've seen enough. I hope next time I come - I will see my country completely free. I hope that my hometown will one day become part of Ukraine again. Hope dies last. To end on a good note, I will say that I am very glad that I have a good and fun life. Right now I'm traveling around Europe again! Exploring new horizons and living the best life I can (:
