Added 2020-09-24 18:59:05 +0000 UTCWell I’ve had a terrible morning new wise I got “fired” from my new job they told me they would have me on trial for 2 weeks and lmk if it wasn’t working but they wouldn’t actually tell me why when they called and said not to come in tomorrow I asked twice what she meant by “I noticed some things that haven’t worked out before” I felt prejudged and I don’t think I was really given a fair chance considering I had 2 shifts to learn a new job and genre of store I have been in quarantine for months and was a little awkward but I was upfront about the reasons the whole time and they couldn’t have been more clear about it they pulled me aside bad gave me an out asking if I could be more confident and learn and I said yes and continued working and doing my best but I had maybe 2 hours in my shift after that conversation and now I’m being let go without a real reason all I can go off of is the one comment in the other conversation when I was asked if I could be more confident is that she said “I don’t mean to be rude but you’re kinda awkward and weird” and I’m really hurt if that’s the reason cause they have way more awkward employees and they and a freakin comic and game store who isn’t awkward there I’m a cosplayer and have over 140 thousand followers who enjoy my personality and help so I really feel misjudged and offended but that’s life I guess I’m just upset and hurt and don’t feel like crying over stupid people not being honest with me I’ll be on later I just wanted to update you all
