



Can I be honest?! I’ve been slacking on my self care. I’m shifting that and committing to taking time for me. It’s gonna start with healing my pelvic floor again! I’ve noticed some things the last three months or so that I had noticed several years ago. Maybe I’m not having enough sex. What’s something you know you should be doing but have not? Granted I couldn’t do my machine while pregnant, that doesn’t account for all the time I was not.
