I’ve been going to doctors appointments to fix the problem , i had to get injections in my back and been taking pills for the pain . I went to the chiropractor today got my back cracked real good lol and got another set of injections in my back for my muscle spasms , so i’m feeling a tad bit better. It hasn’t been very easy this week but i’m trying my best to recover . My healthy comes before anything at the end of the day. I love all you guys that are supporting me even when i’m not active you guys don’t know how appreciative i am of that . Hopefully by next week i’ll have a new video coming your way in no time 😘
