It doesn't matter how I sort my inbox, some messages don't come to the top for some reason. I find day- or week-old messages only after scrolling for ages. It makes no sense! 🤔 So if you have messaged me recently and I haven't responded, please send a follow up message and hopefully that will bring your name to the top of my inbox!
