Added 2023-01-13 15:45:18 +0000 UTCA little knee update post surgery. To be honest it isn’t doing very well, very tight and locks up a lot. I have minor pain sometimes but not all the time. Stairs are not my friend and I still have trouble squatting or bending down to pick things up.
