*So another little Gracie update* I ended up going to get my ultrasound done today on my neck which they told me I'll get my results by next week and I also got in touch with a mental health worker and have an appointment for March 3 at 1:30 so I can talk about possible ADHD bipolar and see if I can get help with my anxiety and shit like that. Also, tomorrow I'm gonna go first thing in the morning to get the 🩸 work at a walk in life labs because I was going to go today but it felt like it would be a little too overwhelming for me so one step at a time and I'll get there. At least now I should hopefully have my 🩸 test results And my neck ultrasound results all in the same week hopefully. I have to do a fasting 🩸 work though so I won't be able to eat after 10 PM so I'm gonna try and get as hydrated throughout the day as possible. I've also been trying to keep up with drinking water I haven't drink pop in three days which is the longest I've ever in my entire life went without drinking pop till super proud of myself it's a lot easier to drink water if you just add that mio Flavouring into it and me using mini bottles makes it less overwhelming so all in all I'm happy that I am taking the steps and finally taking charge of my health and well-being. I constantly always say I'm gonna do stuff but never do but it feels good to actually start checking things off the list. Now for anybody who's actually finished reading this whole entire post thank you for taking the time to read it and mostly this is meant for people that are really just wanting to stay updated with my health and well-being because I know this isn't a platform to really talk about it but some people do like to subscribe and like to also be involved and apart of my life so this is for those people.
