Hey, everybody! Self-love post I have decided to switch to healthy foods and eliminate trans fats from my diet. However, the hardest part is that cheese has trans fats in it too. it will be hard to live without cheese..... You guys in the U.S., I envy you for eliminating trans fats from your cheese. I've been too thoughtless about what I eat. Even though I'm slim, I'm concerned about my health, so now I only eat healthy food (I don't care about calories, I'm not starving). The most difficult dishes I will give up : Pizza. Cheese (until I move to the US, or in minimal quantities) Burgers (I won't eat burgers made of buns, but I will eat burgers with rice instead of buns). I don't eat sweets as it is, so I don't have to worry about that.
