Today I had a nightmare. at first it was a good dream, where I was a kitten and jumped very high and ran fast, a lot of beautiful and interesting things happened. and then all the people became angry with me, and terrible things happened, I cried for a long time in my sleep, and when I woke up, my face and pillow were wet with tears ... I used to have nightmares very often, it has become less frequent, but sometimes I still have a nightmare I know that initially, dreams don't have a story, it's an interpretation from my brain. I hope my brain stops doing this
