Imagine standing in one place having both of your feet to stand on and at least being able to transfer your weight a bit. If you're older than 30, then you really appreciate how this isn't something you'd just "DO." So 18+mins of standing on one leg, with your nuts tied to something and the chest harness tied to the ceiling, and the gag to another point on the ceiling... it was fun to watch Vander go through this. He's not that demonstrative/noisy, so when he gets a little elevated, it's music to my ears.
