I think it works better in this case too, to trim the fat off, per se. By mixing in the stationary camera, you have to mix out the part that overlaps with another angle, usually. I, personally, wanted to see a shorter version of this clip so I focused strictly on the hand held portion of this video and I think it moved it along much faster. Which I kind of like.
