Added 2025-01-14 20:19:46 +0000 UTCI had my post-op appointment with my surgeon. Knee is progressing well. I can drive (short drives for now). The brace is still with me. 50% on/50% off. That's progress at least. Increased PT to 3x a week. See him again in six weeks. I've lost 26 pounds since being home. Ecstatic about that. 🥰
