

Getting a deep stretch in and having my trainer help me by pushing my knees to the ground in the butterfly stretch. 🧘🏻♀️ 🦋 Having someone else push my knees down can make all the difference! Partner stretching can enhance flexibility and range of motion more effectively than solo stretching. It helps ensure much better form and and provides that extra little bit of encouragement. 💪🏼 This always is helpful before a warmup for my flexibility and injury prevention. 🙌🏻
