First, I got out all the ingredients: flour, milk, eggs and, of course, dark chocolate. While the kitchen was filled with sunlight, I mixed the ingredients, enjoying this cozy moment.
When the dough was ready, I heated the pan, poured the first portion and added the chocolate pieces directly to the dough. As soon as they began to melt, an incredible aroma spread throughout the kitchen. The pancakes turned out golden with gooey, melted chocolate inside. I added a little more chocolate syrup on top and the first bite was simply magical - soft, warm and sweet. A perfect Saturday morning with perfect pancakes 🍫☀️!
