Thanks for your ongoing support. 1% property tax doesn't sound like a lot but it's huge for me. I really appreciate you all helping me with my first home. I'm 28 and it's finally happening, 2020 is looking better as the year goes on. I've been dreaming of this since 2012, years before my ex took more than half my savings and my trailer. It's going to be so much work. I start to clean it out this weekend. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.
