Good morning students, today I am going to talk to you about monotony.
🤲You are used to creating our itinerary of activities according to our needs.
👉 House chores.
👉 Obligations.
👉 Job.
👉 Study.
Which seems perfect to me. But little is said about what things are appropriate for me or make me feel better.
👍 For example, the food we consume, extra activities such as physical activity, hiking, biking, etc.
We dedicate a large part of our time to "fixed obligations" and fatigue or laziness. We leave what I mentioned for the last stay. I'm not saying it's a priority either, but eventually, it will be. Since time flows and deteriorates us. And the only thing that can deal with it is how prepared our body is.
💚We can change this in the following way, giving importance to the foods we consume, such as doing only 10 to 15 minutes of activities that we like (as I mentioned before, from walking, to doing specialized activities with a personal trainer or the videos that I upload and I recommend)
💚 What I propose does not take more than 30 minutes. And it is a minimal effort, compared to the 10 hours or more of "mandatory" activities that we do. They will see that we can break the "autonomous" dynamic that is built. And in the process, build the roots of a good body.
💕💕💕If in doubt, you can ask me anything privately. I wish you luck! your personal trainer.💕💕💕
