In which we carry out different already known activities to see how it behaves. I am using it at 20 kg, the weight is always regulated to what we can tolerate, but as long as we can work and carry out the agreed activities. If I tolerate 30 kg but it distorts my activity or I can't maintain the techniques of an exercise... it doesn't work for us... I'll see you in the video!

Gracias a ustedes les quiero hacer presente este elemento muy útil que comprende. Se trata de un chaleco regulable de peso, va de 0 a 30kg. En el cual realizamos diferentes actividades ya conocidas para ver como se comporta. Yo lo ando utilizando en 20 kg, el peso va siempre regulado a lo que podemos tolerar, pero siempre y cuando podremos trabajar y realizar las actividades pactadas. Si tolero 30 kg pero deforma mi actividad o no puedo mantener las técnicas de un ejercicio... no nos sirve.. te veo en el video!
