




Check-in 05/07/22
So I've cut eggs, oats and sweet potatoes at this point.A little better in the midsection but not quite there yet. I'm still definitely seeing some bloating in my belly so the last thing to cut is bread. Hopefully that will be the final piece to the puzzle. Im definitely looking forward to a thinner waist so that my over all frame will look more broad and proportioned. Im still having digestion issues and my stomach is still very sensitive so Im really hoping that cutting bread will get rid of this all together.
