I was very thin before and I've gained 8 kg for 1,5 years growing muscles, also got pretty decent big glutes, which I naturally never had before💪
I started to do sport for body but fell in love with it and realized it is also very much for mind🌱
Now I train regulary, eat a lof of healthy food and feeling better then ever. I really love sport. Check the second photo to see my year transformation✨✨
