I FEAR falling over, stacking it or looking like a beginner in front of them… but then I reflect on WHY I fear that and then say FUCK IT- I AM A BEGGINER, I AM ALLOWED TO BE SHIT 🤣🤣🤣 so I push thru those thoughts and get out there! Always brings a grin to my face when I get thru it and move my body! 💗✨🛼
