My routine can change, but this is the basis of what I love to do in terms of self care and mentally preparing for the day. I also love to incorporate some reading, meditation & dancing to groovy songs. 🤟🌷 *p.s those puppies aren’t mine hehe, I was baby sitting their cute lil selves 🙊🐶*
