I know today is R U OKAY day, acknowledging that as it is. I would just like to say that even though this site is used for particular things, I am always a message away if you are having a bad day. I'm not a professional and I cant provide you with medical help or a diagnosis but I am always here to listen and help where I can. I know sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger or talk to someone anonymously. You shouldn't have to wait until a particular day or month to check in on the people around you, make sure you're always asking if people are okay, things happens every day.
