My sister is here for Xmas and we will spend as many days as we possibly can with our father in his care home, as we don't know if this could be his last.
Another huge THANK YOU to you guys who have supported me over the past year - even if it's just a couple of dollars/pounds/euros, it's still amazing that you send me these gifts - I am so lucky to have you on my side!
