Sprinkle a little flour on the top ….
I like my bacon thick so I have to stop by my butcher and pick it up.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375
2. Lay it on a rack… (not mine 😝)
3. Dust with a little flour (I use imported 00 from Italy… it’s the best!)
4. Season…. Coarse Ground Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper (you know I like all the things 🥵 spicy) and a little Smoked Paprika
Cook 15-30 minutes depending on how crisp you like it.
