I feel embodied, but I have a lingering idea that it may be interesting to me and boring/repetitive for the viewer. It is very powerful for me to review my videos after, to be able to be engaged by my own engagement in the movement. I ♥ the first moments here... the brief suspension of my leg, the slow intentionality of arms coming in front of my face, the lingering eye contact.
