After exchange rates, OF % and overheads/expenses the book will cost $80 (+$10 for postage outside the UK - I'll ship to UK, Europe, US and Canada) and I will get the orders placed by the end of April, posting them roughly a week after that with a few surprise 6x4 prints and a hand written and scented thank you note.
