Obviously I'm stubborn so I kept at it for awhile but after what felt like an eternity of fruitless struggling, once my wrists were on fire, I bloody gave up. Wooo PS I'm still going thru it health flare and cPTSD wise but I've been a little better this week since I managed to get my meds treatment last week and I've been working so hard to get caught up and drop some great stuff for yous! It feels wonderful but also I can feel it catching up to me in my flare amping up again so I may be going a lil too hard. I can feel myself crashing a lil. And I know how much you all want me to prioritize my health (esp bcs if I don't that means less ho content in the long run, not allowed!). Which means I need to slow down a tad on work stuff every second I get so I can go extra hard to be on top of all my health needs (staying on top of physio, meds, water, nutrition, sleep, mental health work etc us hard enough but adding in pain management and heaven forbid a few minutes off and it all becomes so much it that it's really easy to let it slip lil by lil till you realize it's adding up to substantial health ramifications). So if I'm a bit slower to reply over the next lil bit, I super appreciate your patience, and it's just bcs I'm trying to make sure I'm healed enough to absolutely rock our naughty office Cheryl live tip game next week (Friday is leading in the poll so far!) 🥰🔥
