Good morning everyone, I’m slowly but surely putting my Canada trip photos on here. Unfortunately, I got sick for like the last 2 1/2 days of the trip, but I still toughed it out and went on every adventure. I really tried to immerse myself into the nature around me and soak up as much earthly beauty as I could, there was so many abandoned homes that I wanted to explore but my mom and my Aunt were not so keen on that which is OK we are just visitors so it’s probably best to not be snooping into peoples property. So we didn’t, but I did find this little shack! The way the ivy grows on top of it and the colors that contrast, just tickles my brain a certain way. Do you enjoy urban exploring? It’s probably one of my favorite things in the world to watch man-made structure become immersed into nature once again so to watch mother Earth take it back is a sight I’ll never get sick of. My aunt is obsessed with lighthouses and understandably so they’re amazing and beautiful and often a large landmark of history or brand new and you still get to see the cool architecture. Unknowingly we arrived at the lighthouse in which Diana and Anne from Anne of Green Gables stood at. My mom was watching the movie once we got back from the trip and she hollered my name and told me to come in into her room so that she could show me the exact lighthouse that we saw and it was the one that Anne and Diana stood at. I had no idea at the time, but I love how things just work out like that. We didn’t even really plan at all. We knew we were going to go to the museums for Anne Green Gables, but as for the scenic route, it was all by chance and it was perfect chance. The waves crashed and the wind that slapped my head was like a wake up call almost. It made me feel like I could be creative again like I could express myself again like I didn’t need to hide anymore. That night we got back to the Airbnb and I was overcome with rage and passion. This transformation from complete numbness to passion has lifted me to higher places and lifted me into the self-love that I know I deserve. I know you’re thinking how do you get all that from a few photos of Canada? But the thing is, I am an all feeling creature and for so many years I feel as though I’ve hidden that expressive little girl inside me. I always express myself other ways, but I’m ready to just express without thinking about what will be digestible for people. I know that the people who want to digest my creativity will love whatever flavor I serve it up in, so thank you for engaging with me always and encouraging me to better myself and to be healthy. I feel so incredibly lucky to have such a supportive community around me, I always try to express that but I really really really do appreciate it. I can’t wait until I post again because I know I will be greeted with love and human experience. so I love you and I hope you have a great day. I’ll be thinking of you.
