okay so, I have never done free weight lifting like this (only ever did squats like 3x with a free bar in my life) because I never had access to anything other than a smith machine. I have lots of room for improvement but it was super fun!!! Especially recording it because it shows what I need to change and it makes me inspired to get back in there and correct the form. It’s also in my house so I can go in there anytime!!! Dude!!!!! I have dreamt of this😭😭 Today was chest so I was doing some basic chest exercises and seeing what weight is good for me. The smith machine is only 25lbs resistance so having the bar which is 45lbs is so nice and challenging for me. Since I’m pretty petite the bar feels so clunky in my arms especially when I move it😭😂😂😂 At the end of one of the videos I went on a tangent about how I was shakey and super wiggly but tomorrow we will be better!!🫡 feel free to bully me into fixing my form😏 or hype me up whatever you want!!❤️❤️❤️ ALSO would y’all like to see more fitness videos and progress pics? (Gonna do it anyway.😈) I’d also like to post the food I eat because I like to cook and show it off, what y’all think? edit: The last video of my crotch was my partner sneaking a shot of me!
