I once begged someone to love me. Abusive relationships really fuck you up, y’all. Sometimes I’m like “Oh, it could have been worse,” but then I don’t give myself the time to actually mourn the emotional and physical dignity I lost. It’s been years now and sometimes It feels like it happened just yesterday. The weird, cold, numb feeling has become normal for so many. It sucks.
