A - raise the sub price to $22 a month but make nearly all new content free and available!! (maybe a few extra spicy ppvs here and there 🥰) or B - keep the sub price at $12 a month and continue doing ppvs ( i'm lowering ppv prices to be around $10-$25 per video)
