It rained on and off, but honestly it was even more magical with the rain. 🌧️ I got so hot hiking, and I had the mountain to myself so the clothes kept coming off. Swipe through to see all the photos and videos! I haven’t been able to lift weights successfully in over a month. My chronic pain has gotten worse, and weight lifting is really aggravating my back muscles. But I’m grateful that I can hike and move my body in other ways. The new plan is to work out with machines only to take the load off my back and to keep doing yoga. 💪
