I did stick a dramatic filter on it for "effect" but it doesn't change or retouch features. One thing I miss about my hair is that I am GOOD at it. And it can do a lot for a look and mood of a photograph. Sweaty and in your face (post orgasm), long shiny braids (sweet and innocent) wild and curly (ready to fuck?).
