Added 2023-02-05 22:11:25 +0000 UTCIt's always somethin', right? :) It was my three month mark and I needed to change my toothbrush head on this fancy waterpik combo electric toothbrush/waterpick system that I use, and I couldn't remove the toothbrush head. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with waterpik and found out that it was still under warranty. Thank goodness for small favors! :) Usually when something major stops functioning, my warranty JUST expired!!!!!! They had me do all kinds of things try to get toothbrush head of & none of it was successful. They told me it was important to pull off the toothbrush head every single time you use it, to wash away any toothpaste at the base of the toothbrush head. Guess what I told them to report to the powers that be at Waterpik??? That is BS cuz it sounds like a defect in manufacturing to have to do that. I've never had to do it with this unit or any other unit. My point in this video is when I purchased this unit two years ago it was $80 less. Who says prices have gone up about 10% across the board??? This is a huge price gouge if I needed to re-purchase it today. Which I would not, cuz I can't afford it. Anyway I'm getting a replacement AND it won't have a warranty attached to it. That's not really great either. I will never buy Waterpik again. #sheesh xo
