I don't know how long I'm gonna have to wait to receive my order, but they sent an email saying if you want your tracking number click this link. The link wasn't clickable thank goodness - so I copied it into a new browser and got this message. There's no way to reach lookfantastic. Their email's been disabled and they don't have any customer service to speak of. You've been warned! #unprofessional xo
