I was so disgusted and dismayed by the way the hearing was conducted which took place among me, my shitass landlord, and the City. The person presiding over the hearing was clearly biased and pro-landlord, and the attorney for my landlord and the representatives who were at the hearing lied, tried to put words in my mouth, gaslight me, say that I did things that I didn't do, etc. The hearing was about the landlord not upholding the law as a landlord. They were grasping at straws and I laughed out loud at them at one point, due to their whiny, ridiculous behavior. They must have been very embarrassed after it was all over. The biased person who led the hearing will let us know her decision via snail mail. I have very little faith that her decision will be what I've been fighting for since August. I will have an opportunity to appeal her decision and I'm already thinking I might do that - - - it just depends on how her decision reads. People I talk to about crappy landlords say they know what I'm talking about - - that landlords are the worst. Bye now . . . I gotta go eat a doughnut . . . :)
