It had to be without sound. If you won the contest you would have your 15 second video featured on SeneGence's 80 foot high billboard in Times Square. I was really looking forward to going to New York to see my video on the billboard when my video was chosen. :) :) :) I spent a lot of money on this video and all my friends in Senegence said it was a great video because it was so unlike everybody else's boring video of them just showing how Lipsense doesn't rub, budge, or smudge off. Since I love the neck cream so much I wanted to feature it. Anyway my video was not chosen, much to my dismay.
