Added 2022-12-03 06:03:07 +0000 UTC🌠HEALTH UPDATE🌠 After having chest discomfort and some really nasty coughing that went on for several weeks I went into my PCP and she sent me out for an x-ray. After being diagnosed with COPD via that x-ray a month ago (I’ve never smoked) my PCP sent me to get a CT scan to rule out COPD or cancer, she messaged me that I had breast cancer . . . which diagnosis I lived with for eight frikkin hours until she phoned me to let me know she “meant” to say I had a HISTORY of breast cancer. 😖☹️ 🤬Ugh times a million.🤬 Then I had an appointment w/a pulmonologist, who said the CT scan revealed asthma, and on a scale of 1 to 3, that my asthma was a 2, and to start using an inhaler which I did this week, and I love it cuz I feel better!!😆 He mentioned to me that 30% of the population has asthma.😳 The results from yesterday‘s breathing test - the final test for the foreseeable future - shows I have asthma, and my doctor says to just continue using my inhaler. I’m feeling sooo grateful!😃👏🏻🙏🏻 #doingmybest xo
