Here's something that I hate - NULASTIN the company. I used to have a subscription for their brow and lash products, which worked for me. But then I suddenly started getting shipments of half full bottles, after receiving a number of subscription orders with FULL bottles. I reached out to them and they said they did have issues with the brow product bottles and would send me a replacement (which arrived half full). They wouldn't help me with the lash product because evidently they didn't have enough customer complaints about it. U G H!!! They thought the best thing to do would be to freeze my account because they were reformulating everything, which would re-launch in about six months and then I could try it again. Well I just did, and the product was still half full, I let them know, and they said they don't think I'm a good fit as a customer. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS SHIT??? So I'm putting Nulastin on blast. #firstworldproblems xo
